Ex-judge with a substantial work experience in Polish public courts has handled c. 2000 cases. Some 50% of them were closed by settlement, thanks to skills in mediation.

Second arbitral award ever rendered in a domain name dispute in Poland, as arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications.

Only in the recent five years proposed or appointed as arbitrator and mediator in more than 50 international or domestic arbitrations.

As Polish member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration regularly attends plenary sessions of the courts and ICC seminars. Took part in scrutiny proceedings of over 200 ICC awards.
